Terms and Conditions
All prices are fully EXCLUSIVE of VAT at current UK rate.
Please note there is NO Booking Fee or Surcharges for payment by credit / debit card.
50% deposit of balance is to be paid at time of booking to secure chauffeur services.
Remainder of balance is required 4 weeks before the period of hire. ( Wedding Car bookings require final balance to be paid 8 weeks before the wedding date )
All period’s of hire to commence within 4 weeks of booking will require to pay full balance at time of booking.
All deposit’s paid will be non- refundable.
Any booking’s that are cancelled are subject to a £50 administration charge.
Any cancellations made within 48 HOURS of the start of the hire period will result in all monies paid being NON REFUNDABLE.

We may supply child / booster seats for children up to 12 years of age. However please note our chauffeurs WILL NOT be responsible for the fitting of any child seats.
Passengers are required by law to wear seat belts at all times.
The hirer is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by themselves or their guests.
A minimum charge of £150 will be charged to the hirer to cover any valeting costs should any passenger through drink, food or illness cause fouling.
Smoking and Eating is strictly forbidden in all our vehicles.
Payment can be made by credit / debit card including AMEX.
We will endeavour to ensure our drivers are punctual and prompt at all times, please understand we cannot accept responsibility for delays due to circumstances beyond our control.
Platinum Cars and its chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol and drugs and/or whose behaviour poses a threat either to the chauffeur , the vehicle or any other passenger.
We reserve the right to change the vehicle and chauffeur at any time if circumstances arise that may require this.
If you have any concerns or complaints please contact us within 48 hours to report it.
Platinum Cars shall not be held responsible for missed airline flights due to causes beyond our control or insufficient time allowed for the journey by the client.
Airport Transfers include 60 minutes waiting time from the aircraft landing at the time scheduled in order for clients to receive luggage and pass through passport control.Any arrivals after the 60 minutes waiting time will be charged at the rate of £80 + VAT per hour.
Platinum Cars vehicles and are fully insured for all passenger’s and third party claims. However customer’s properties are carried entirely at their own risk and Platinum cars WILL NOT be held responsible /liable for any loss /damage to such property.
Wedding Car Hire is for TWO HOURS ONLY ( Silver Package ) or for THREE HOURS ONLY ( GOLD PACKAGE ) unless stated otherwise in the email confirmation of the booking.

Platinum Cars only collect information about you to process your quote or booking request.
The type of information we will collect about you includes your name, address, email address and phone number.
We DO NOT store your credit/ debit card information once your booking has been processed.
We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your prior consent.
You can be assured under NO circumstances will we give you your personal information to any third party.
